The main products are SJSZ45, 51, 65, 80, 92 conicity double-screw extruders; SJ30,
45, 65, 90, 120, 150, 200 single-screw extruders, with mating pipes, section
materials, sheet materials, pelletizing auxiliary machines.

SJSZ-65 structure & specialities with exhaust apparatus, to improve the quality of
item. Resistance heater resistive heater is set in the machine barrel, and the
heater transmitter is fast and flare-out.

The screw core has automatic cycling cooling regulating system for temperature controlling accuracy.

It is safe with over-current protection device. With frequency stepless speed regulation, stabilization of speed, it is convenient to be regulated.

The screw is of conicity, so the molten mass can be extruded at lower temperature.
